In a somewhat casual presentation, here are the rules for the entire forum. As ruler of the demesne, Friend Folio has final say on all enforcement of rules, potential exceptions (which should be rare), etc.

Adhere to the agreement that you accepted when you registered
Assign yourself a profile picture as soon as possible. Your profile picture must match your sex.
Strive to keep the Ten Commandments in your dealings here. No one can do this perfectly, but we expect you to have the spirit of desiring to hold to them.
Do not promote any immorality, sexual degeneracy, or blasphemy of the Triune God.
Other than the above, you are allowed to express opinions outside the Overton Window.
Post in the appropriate board. Sometimes this is a bit fuzzy, but if your post is clearly about a video game, it goes in the video game board, etc.
